Civil and Political Rights, democracy and democratic values, voting rights, immigrant rights and racial justices

We believe immigrants' rights are human rights, and racial diversity is the bedrock of American democracy. We offer assistance to immigrants in need of legal services through our organizational accreditation with the Department of Justice (DoJ), and our DOJ accredited legal experts- 'Accredited Representatives'- defend immigrants' rights in immigration court hearings and BIA Appeal hearings.

We teach our low income populace about the American national politics, State and City politics, importance and necessity of civic engagement, electoral participation, how to run for offices, how to run election campaigns; in partnership with our fellow experts organization in these respective fields with a view to building a more inclusive America. In view of the above, we advocate for introducing Rank Choice Voting (RCV) in Federal elections, and demand a national holiday on the Presidential Election day.
